We don’t often post items here that are otherwise widely available on the internet but this is too cute not to. It is from a network (ABC) news program which means it is short. The most interesting — and unanswered question — is, “What was that mother duck thinking?” Do you suppose she thinks she is really a Peregrine Falcon trapped in a duck’s body?
The original ABC broadcast aired Monday evening. They did a follow-up story including a bit about the famous children’s book Make Way for Ducklings by Robert McCloskey. (If you want the original story sans commercials, here it is at buzzfeed.)
